I actually figured it out, I didn't uncap the attributes, but instead just make my attribute go over the cap value. I know last year you could sell back SP but I have not tried this year. If this is possible you could then use the trainer or Cheat Engine to zero out the new SP you gained by selling back the 99 rated attributes. In game try to lower the attributes, if it is possible, just lower them to where you want them then as you gain more SP they should stay capped at 99 so you will be able to climb the ladder again.
